π¦ 7-Day Return Policy (Defective/Damaged Items Only)
We offer a 7-day return policy only in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
β Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation (due to lighting/screen differences)
- Used or worn products
- Minor size/expectation issues
πΈ Proof Required
To process your return request, please provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
Without proper proof, the request may be declined.
π Replacement / Refund Options
Once approved, you can choose:
- Replacement (same product, if available)
- Refund (if replacement is not available)
π° Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI
π Return Shipping
- In case of defective/damaged product, return shipping will be covered by Boldkart
- Customer must cooperate with pickup or self-ship if required

- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact
- Boldkart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
