- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
🚀 Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders (optional – adjust if needed)
- A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
📍 Serviceable Areas
- We currently ship across most locations in India
- If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout
🔍 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
- You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website
❗ Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Boldkart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

- If the customer is unavailable at delivery, re-delivery attempts will be made by the courier

- If an order is returned due to wrong address / non-availability, reshipping charges may apply
- Repeated COD order rejections may lead to restriction on future orders
